SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All purchases from RVision must be preceded by a sales quotation issued to customer by an RVision sales representative.  When placing an order customer must acknowledge and reference the RVision quotation number on customer PO or credit card order form.  The sales quotation will denote shipping terms for that particular order.  In most cases, shipping is an additional charge paid by customer.  Customer can choose to provide own shipping account if desired.  RVision does not mark up shipping charges unless additional packing materials are needed.

Return & Exchange Policy

RVision shall accept returns of defective products under warranty.  Defects or damages caused after customer receipt of goods may not be warranted.

Some goods found to be in perfect working order without blemish may be returned in certain cases.

Custom product orders cannot be returned.

Some returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
